POLICIES
REFUNDS; RECORDS KEEPING AND PRIVACY; EVENT ATTENDANCE, CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT; CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION; ADVERTISING AND MAILING LISTS; REFUSAL OF SERVICE; ADA/ACCOMODATIONS; DISPUTES AND GRIEVANCES; CONFLICTS OF INTEREST; CHANGES; DISCLAIMER
REFUNDS - Refund requests from clients/customers up to one (1) day prior (24 hours) to the event will be remitted to the client/customer, minus an administrative fee. The administrative fee for each event is posted on the event Information and Registration page.
No requests for refunds will be processed or honored for client/customer cancellation within 24 hours prior to the event. All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and sent to Trainings@3Ravnar.com within 24 hours prior to the training event.
A service charge of $35.00 will be assessed on all checks returned by the bank for any reason. Re-payment of the returned check must be made by cash, cashier’s check, or money order only.
RECORDS KEEPING AND PRIVACY - Training program and continuing education records will be kept for a period of at least five (5) years from the event, presentation, seminar, and/or training. 3RAVNAR, LLC will not sell, release, or share event participant and/or registration information with any other organization or event participant. 3RAVNAR, LLC will protect event participant and/or registration information according to federal, state, and local laws.
EVENT ATTENDANCE - Attendance is specific to the person registered for the event and attendance will be verified at each event with sign-in/sign-out processes. Therefore, attendance is non-transferrable and the attendance of another person in the place of the original person is prohibited and will not be honored by 3RAVNAR, LLC without prior written permission from 3RAVNAR, LLC. Attendance at another 3RAVNAR, LLC event without additional registration and payment will also be prohibited. If a participant registers and pays for, but fails to attend an event, no refunds will be issued.
In the event of webinar participation of a 3RAVNAR, LLC training event, it is the attendee's responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary technology to attend the webinar / training. It is the attendees responsibility to test their computer setup PRIOR to the start of the webinar and/or download the presentation platform app, if needed, depending on which device may be utilized. This may require individuals to contact their network administrator to ensure their system will be allowed to connect. These things should occur BEFORE registration and/or 24 hours PRIOR to the start of a webinar. 3Ravnar, LLC is NOT responsible for the internet connection of the client to the internet or training course. Please see the refund policy below, as refunds are not given due to technical issues of this nature.
Video Cameras - During Virtual Continuing Education events, participants must have their cameras turned on so that training faculty can monitor attendance, visual cues, facial expressions, etc.
EVENT CANCELLATIONS – If 3RAVNAR, LLC cancels an event a full refund will be remitted to the event participant. 3RAVNAR, LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event for reasons including, but not limited to, low enrollment, force majeure, weather concerns, illness, or issues of site safety.
EVENT POSTPONEMENT - If an event is postponed, all event registrants will have the opportunity to attend the event at its rescheduled date/time, or to receive a full refund, or have their event registration transferred to another event within the next one (1) year. If an event is not attended within that one (1) year period, attendance of another seminar is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION - It is the policy of 3RAVNAR, LLC to provide our clients with a copy of their Certificate of Completion within seven (7) days of the conclusion of each event. Certificates of Completion will only be issued that accurately reflect the time the event participant was in attendance at the event as documented by the events sign-in/sign-out processes.
Digital Replacement - If an event participant loses, misplaces, or forgets to obtain their Certificate of Completion at the conclusion of an event, or needs an additional and/or replacement digital Certificates of Completion at a time after the event is concluded, 3RAVNAR, LLC will provide a digital copy of the Certificate of Completion and email it to the client for an administrative charge of $20 (20 USD) per certificate. This service includes the digital Certificate of Completion and the emailing of said Certificate.
Additional and/or replacement Certificates of Completion will be emailed directly to the client, and only to the client. 3RAVNAR, LLC will only provide Certificates of Completion to the client who attended the training event, and will not provide such copies to third parties. 3RAVNAR, LLC will not email additional and/or replacement Certificates of Completion to any third parties, government agencies, or licensing boards.
When purchasing the additional and/or replacement Certificate of Completion, the client will need to provide the name they used to register for the training event; and the name, date, and location of the seminar/workshop they attended.
Print Replacement - If an event participant loses, misplaces, or forgets to obtain their Certificate of Completion at the conclusion of an event, or needs an additional and/or replacement printed Certificates of Completion at a time after the event is concluded, 3RAVNAR, LLC will provide a printed copy of the Certificate of Completion and mail it to the client. Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service for an administrative charge of $45 (45 USD) per certificate. This service includes the printed Certificate of Completion and the mailing of said Certificate.
Additional and/or replacement Certificates of Completion will be mailed directly to the client, and only to the client. 3RAVNAR, LLC will only provide Certificates of Completion to the client who attended the training event, and will not provide such copies to third parties. 3RAVNAR, LLC will not mail additional and/or replacement Certificates of Completion to any third parties, government agencies, or licensing boards.
When purchasing the additional and/or replacement Certificate of Completion, the client will need to provide the name they used to register for the training event; and the name, date, and location of the seminar/workshop they attended.
ADVERTISING AND MAILING LISTS - Registration and payment for an event with 3Ravnar, LLC grants 3Ravnar, LLC the right to place the person or persons on advertising and mailing lists for 3Ravnar, LLC training events. Removal from such mailing lists requires a request be made to 3Ravnar, LLC in writing at Trainings@3Ravnar.com. 3Ravnar, LLC will not sell or divulge its customer information or contact information.
REFUSAL OF SERVICES - 3RAVNAR, LLC reserves the right, and sole discretion to determine such, to terminate and/or bar access to any services offered by 3RAVNAR, LLC without limitation, as not prohibited by law. These reasons may include, but are not limited to, a violation of the stated 3RAVNAR, LLC Terms and Conditions. 3RAVNAR, LLC may bar client access to any products/services offered by 3RAVNAR, LLC if 3RAVNAR, LLC deems that client behavior and/or conduct violates any applicable law, or is harmful to the interests and policies of 3RAVNAR, LLC. Reasons for Refusal of Services may include, but are not limited to, hostile, threatening, and/or belligerent behavior of an event registrant or participant as deemed so by 3RAVNAR, LLC staff, event presenters, and/or site managers/owners; serial (two [2] or more) event registrations and subsequent cancellations; audio and/or video recording of any 3RAVNAR, LLC event, in whole or in part, without prior permission; copying (digitally or otherwise) of any 3RAVNAR, LLC materials used during event attendance (presentation slides, handouts and other documentation); distribution of 3RAVNAR, LLC materials in a commercial capacity or use in any other presentation without prior written permission from 3RAVNAR, LLC.
ADA / ACCOMODATION REQUESTS - In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 3RAVNAR, LLC is committed to ensuring that there is no discrimination against individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in the full and equal enjoyment of 3RAVNAR, LLC goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, or accommodations. In furtherance of this commitment, 3RAVNAR, LLC will offer seminars in an accessible manner to individuals with disabilities. 42 U.S.C. § 12189; 28 C.F.R. § 36.309. 3RAVNAR, LLC will make modifications as are necessary to ensure that the place and manner in which the seminar is given are accessible to individuals with disabilities. 3RAVNAR, LLC will provide appropriate auxiliary aids and services for persons with impaired sensory, manual, or speaking skills, unless we can demonstrate that offering a particular auxiliary aid or service would fundamentally alter the seminar or would result in an undue burden. (Undue burden is defined by ADA as "significant difficulty or expense"). If a specific communications method would be an undue burden, 3RAVNAR, LLC will provide an effective alternative, if there is one. 3RAVNAR, LLC will administer seminars that are accessible to individuals with disabilities or make alternative accessible arrangements. Alternative arrangements will provide comparable conditions to those provided for nondisabled individuals, such as, for example, the same opportunity to interact with an instructor, and ask questions. 28 C.F.R. § 36.309(c)(4)-(5).
The ADA Coordinator is Keith Cates, LPC-S, NCC. Keith Cates is authorized to receive and review requests for modifications, auxiliary aids or services and can be reached at Trainings@3Ravnar.com.
Accommodations requests must be received in writing 60 days prior to the seminar date of choice for proper determination and resolution. Requests must be emailed to Trainings@3Ravnar.com. Within one week of receiving a request 3RAVNAR, LLC's ADA Coordinator will adhere to the following procedures for considering the request:
(1) Grant the request;
OR
(2) Make a narrowly tailored request for more information about the request and, within seven (7) days of receiving the information, grant or deny the request;
OR
(3) Deny the request upon establishing that offering the particular auxiliary aid or service would fundamentally alter the seminar or would result in an undue burden, and/or offer alternative accessible arrangements.
DISPUTES AND GRIEVANCES – All concerns regarding 3RAVNAR, LLC events, including registration, attendance, certificates of completion, event sites, presenters, presentation materials and/or anything else that an event registrant/participant feels should be addressed, should be directed to event staff, presenters, and/or to Trainings@3Ravnar.com. 3RAVNAR, LLC will address the concern directly and promptly in accordance with the 3RAVNAR, LLC Terms and Conditions (The Fine Print), 3RAVNAR, LLC POLICIES, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3RAVNAR, LLC is fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with the American Counseling Association Code of Ethics. 3RAVNAR, LLC will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content and in the treatment of program participants. The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards will be the responsibility of 3RAVNAR, LLC.
While 3RAVNAR, LLC goes to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, there will be occasional issues which come to the attention of the staff which require intervention and/or action on the part of the staff or an officer of 3RAVNAR, LLC. This procedural description serves as a guideline for handling such grievances, be they administrative, procedural, or ethical. When a participant, either orally or in written format, files a grievance and expects action on the complaint, the following actions will be taken:
1. If the issue concerns a presenter/speaker, the content presented by the presenter/speaker, or the style of presentation, the individual filing the grievance will be asked to put their comments in written format. 3RAVNAR, LLC will then address these concerns with presenter/speaker, assuring the confidentiality of the aggrieved individual.
2. If the issue concerns a CE event/workshop offering, its content, level of presentation, or the facilities in which the workshop was offered, 3RAVNAR, LLC will mediate and will be the final arbitrator. If the participant requests action, 3RAVNAR, LLC will:
a) provide a credit for a subsequent CE event/workshop or
b) provide a partial or full refund of the CE event/workshop fee.
Actions 2b and 2c will require a written note, documenting the grievance, for record keeping purposes.
3. If the grievance concerns a 3RAVNAR, LLC CE program, in a specific regard, 3RAVNAR, LLC will attempt to arbitrate and correct the issue if an error is found.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST - 3RAVNAR, LLC is committed to the identification and resolution of potential conflicts of interest in the planning, promotion, delivery, and evaluation of continuing education. Consistent with concepts outlined in the professional mental health codes, potential conflicts of interest occur when an individual assumes a professional role in the planning, promotion, delivery, or evaluation of continuing education where personal, professional, legal, financial, or other interests could reasonably be expected to impair her/his/their objectivity, competence, or effectiveness. 3RAVNAR, LLC is responsible to identify, declare, and resolve any potential conflict of interest the it may have in offering any specific program of continuing education. 3RAVNAR, LLC requires that professionals participating in the planning of continuing education identify any potential conflict of interest they may have in the review, selection, development, delivery, or evaluation of that program and disclose the conflict or recuse themselves from any decision-making concerning that program. In the event of a potential conflict of interest, 3RAVNAR, LLC will ensure that the individual recuses themselves from the planning process. When preparing promotional material for continuing education, 3RAVNAR, LLC includes information concerning any financial support, including in-kind support, provided by another party. 3RAVANR, LLC also informs potential participants of any potential conflicts of interest an instructor. If there is no financial support or any potential conflict of interest or commercial support, 3RAVNAR, LLC will ensure that is clearly stated in the promotional material. If information about financial support or any potential conflict of interest is not included in the promotional material prepared for continuing education, 3RAVNAR, LLC will clearly indicate how a potential participant can secure that information. 3RAVNAR, LLC requires that there is a process to clearly describe any financial support for a continuing education program at the time the continuing education program begins. Any other relationship that could be reasonably construed as a conflict of interest will also be disclosed. If there is no financial support or potential conflict of interest, 3RAVNAR, LLC will ensure there is a process (e.g., a designated individual or a slide at the start of the presentation, documentation in materials) to clearly state any potential conflicts at the time the continuing education program begins.
CHANGES - We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is material changes, these can be made at any time, for any reason as determined by 3RAVNAR, LLC. Additionally, what constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Customers will be notified of the changes via top of the Terms & Conditions page with a revision date which will appear as "Terms & Conditions Updated (date). Your continued use of this site/services demotes your agreement to the Terms & Conditions."
DISCLAIMER - Your use of the 3RAVNAR, LLC services are at your own risk. The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. 3RAVNAR, LLC’s continuing education offerings makes every effort to produce quality training services, but there are many ways to treat/interact with different customer populations and that all specific methods offered may not be the best approach for each individual customer. Also, while we do our best to provide quality training services, we are not liable for continuing education hours not being credited by licensing or certification boards of our customers. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they attend training seminars that will be accepted by their own licensing or certification board. 3RAVNAR, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and its licensors do not warrant that a) our services will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) our service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
The purchase of, order of, and/or payment of a product or service through 3RAVNAR, LLC or signature accepting a quote for products or services, shall constitute a contract and acceptance of, without restriction, the following “Terms and Conditions”.
1. PAYMENT TERMS – No product/service will be supplied until payment is received in full, or unless otherwise agreed to, in writing, by both 3RAVNAR, LLC and the client.
2. PURCHASES – If you purchase any product/service through 3RAVNAR, LLC you represent and warrant that: 1) you have the legal right to purchase said product or services, 2) you have the legal right to use the credit/debit card you intend to use to purchase said products/services, and 3) the information you provide is accurate and true.
3RAVNAR, LLC may employ third-party services for the purpose of facilitating and processing payments and the completion of purchases. By submitting your information for any products/services through 3RAVNAR, LLC you grant permission to provide information to these third-parties subject to our Privacy provisions as stated in the 3RAVNAR, LLC Policies.
3RAVNAR, LLC reserves the right and sole discretion to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in any order, or other reasons not prohibited by law.
3RAVNAR, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, an unauthorized access or transaction, or illegal transaction is suspected.
3. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS – 3RAVNAR, LLC does not guarantee that any product/service purchased through any of its websites will be available at the time of purchase or order.
4. DISCLAIMER OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES – The client assumes sole risk for purchases of, and use of, products/services from 3RAVNAR, LLC websites. The products/services are presented “As Is” and are provided without warranty of any kind, expressed, implied, or inferred, including, but not limited to, implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or performance.
3RAVNAR, LLC is not responsible or liable for our continuing education and training presentations not being accepted by any state licensing boards, or other professional credentialing agencies. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the continuing education they obtain meets the requirements of any specific board or agency.
5. WEBSITE ERRORS AND INACCURACIES – 3RAVNAR, LLC will strive to keep the information on its websites current and accurate, but may experience delays in updating information on its websites and in its advertising on other websites. The information found on the 3RAVNAR, LLC websites may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be current or accurate. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable and 3RAVNAR, LLC cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on its websites, or on the websites of its content or referral partners. 3RAVNAR, LLC therefore reserves the right to change or update information; to remove or edit content; to correct errors, inaccuracies, mistakes, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
6. COPYRIGHT – The content of the 3RAVNAR, LLC websites are the exclusive property of 3RAVNAR, LLC, unless otherwise noted. The products and services offered by 3RAVNAR, LLC are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and other countries. Proposed work, product/service quotes, and all preparatory work created, developed or furnished by 3RAVNAR, LLC shall remain its exclusive property, and no use of same shall be made, nor any ideas obtained therefrom be used, except upon compensation to 3RAVNAR, LLC, as determined by it, and not expressly identified and included in the selling price.
3RAVNAR, LLC reserves all rights to its materials, including audio, video, digital and print media. Recording or copying of any 3RAVNAR, LLC materials, in any format, including but not limited to training materials, is expressly prohibited and will constitute a violation of the 3RAVNAR, LLC Terms and Conditions.
8. LINKS TO OTHER SITES – 3RAVNAR, LLC websites may contain links to third-party websites that may offer products and services. 3RAVNAR, LLC has no responsibility or liability for said websites and shall not be responsible or liable, either directly or indirectly, for any damage, loss, or grievance caused by the use, purchase, or review of such products and services.
9. REFUSAL OF SERVICES – 3RAVNAR, LLC reserves the right, and sole discretion to determine such, to terminate and/or bar access to any services offered by 3RAVNAR, LLC without limitation, as not prohibited by law. These reasons may include, but are not limited to, a violation of the stated 3RAVNAR, LLC Terms and Conditions. 3RAVNAR, LLC may bar client access to any products/services offered by 3RAVNAR, LLC if 3RAVNAR, LLC deems that client behavior and/or conduct violates any applicable law, or is harmful to the interests and policies of 3RAVNAR, LLC.
10. QUOTES - A product/service quote is valid for 15 days following the date of the quote unless otherwise specified in writing. After 15 days all quotes are subject to review and revision by 3RAVNAR, LLC. All prices quoted herein are based upon necessary resources and labor costs at the time of quotation. Prices for subsequent projects are subject to change. Prior to providing the quoted products and services, if the actual project submitted differs from the original proposal presented by the client, the estimate will be revised and the client will be notified of said revisions.
11. PROOFS - Client proofs of the work in progress, if necessary as specified in the quote, shall be performed by the client, or their designee, at specific stages in the work as specified in the quote. Client acceptance of the proof shall be in writing or in the form of initials on the contract. Work requiring a proof shall not progress until that proof is accepted or waived. Waived proofs shall be in writing. 3RAVNAR, LLC cannot be held responsible for errors under any or all of the following conditions: if the work is continued per client’s OK; if changes are communicated verbally; if client has not ordered proofs; or if the client has instructed 3RAVNAR, LLC to proceed without submission of proofs. Every effort will be made by 3RAVNAR, LLC to eliminate errors, but the final responsibility for checking for errors rests with the client.
12. ALTERATIONS - Alterations represent work performed in addition to the original specifications. If additional work is required through client’s error or change of specification, all additional work will carry an additional charge at current rates for the work performed and materials used.
13. PRODUCTION SCHEDULES - Production and delivery schedules will be established and adhered to by both the client and 3RAVNAR, LLC, provided that neither shall incur any liability or penalty for delays due to state of war, riots, civil disorder, fire, labor disputes, strikes, accidents, energy failure, equipment breakdown, delays of suppliers or carriers, action of government or civil authority, acts of Gods, or other causes beyond the control of client or 3RAVNAR, LLC. Production schedules shall vary in such cases where proofs are not promptly accepted by the client. Where production schedules, or proof schedules, are not adhered to by the client, final delivery dates will be subject to renegotiation. If work on orders or contracts are delayed by the client beyond the time estimated to complete the work, a charge will be made to compensate 3RAVNAR, LLC for any additional costs, regardless of estimate.
14. WORK-IN-PROGRESS - If any original source material that is required for the completion of the project is withdrawn prior to completion of end products, then 3RAVNAR, LLC will not be responsible for the completion of the work, and charges will be made for all work completed at the time of withdrawal.
15. ATTORNEY’S FEES - In the event of default in payment of client’s account, client agrees to pay 3RAVNAR, LLC reasonable costs of collection, costs and expenses, and attorneys’ fees paid or incurred in collection of client’s account, whether or not suit is filed, including costs on appeal.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – The clients will indemnify, not hold, and release from liability, 3RAVNAR, LLC, its officers, agents, third-party contractors, employees, affiliates, or suppliers for any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses (both tangible and intangible), liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees and court costs), resulting from the client’s use of 3RAVNAR, LLC products/services. This includes, but is not limited to, client access to 3RAVNAR, LLC websites; and unauthorized copying or use of 3RAVNAR, LLC training or presentation materials.
17. LIABILITY OF QUOTES – 3RAVNAR, LLC warrants that the product/service is as described in the quote. The client understands that all preparatory works shown to the client are intended only to illustrate the general type and quality of the work. They may not represent the actual work performed. 3RAVNAR, LLC’s liability shall be limited to refund of the stated selling price and shall in no event include special or consequential damages, including profits (or profits lost).
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; GOVERNING LAW - No verbal agreements have been made between any parties hereto and it is expressly understood that purchase of a product/service through 3RAVNAR, LLC constitutes the entire agreement between the client and 3RAVNAR, LLC and shall not be modified except as by a specific further writing signed by both the client and 3RAVNAR, LLC. These Policies, Terms, & Conditions may be changed, modified, or revised by 3RAVNAR, LLC, at its sole discretion, for any reason that it determines appropriate. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between 3RAVNAR, LLC and any client/customer regarding products/services offered on 3RAVNAR, LLC websites, and supersede any prior agreements regarding products/services.
The client and 3RAVNAR, LLC agree that any agreement is made pursuant to, and shall be governed by, the laws of the state of Alabama. 3RAVNAR, LLC’s failure to enforce any part of these Policies, Terms, & Conditions is not a waiver of 3RAVNAR, LLC’s legal rights, and if any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of the Policies, Terms, & Conditions will remain in effect.
