This event will provide up to three (3) NBCC qualified continuing education hours (of which one [1] will be in ethics).
CE Certificates of completion will show only those hours attended.

Any full refunds must be requested prior to the training event, and, if possible, will be processed to the type of payment used for the event. The refund will be reduced by a $20 registration management fee.

Learning Objectives
Participants will:
- Explore how the psychosocial environment of Military and Emergency Service personnel shapes their worldview and their perceptions of mental health services.
- Identify clinical issues specific to working with populations that work with traumatized populations.
- Analyze ways in which burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious traumatization impacts the counselor in clinical settings.
- Formulate ways to counter clinical exposure to traumatic client experiences, and support counselor resilience.
