My name is Keith Cates and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Alabama (Lic #2734) and Georgia (Lic #LPC005200).

 

I am approved as a licensing supervisor (LPC-S) by the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling (ABEC),  and meet the requirements to provide supervision for licensure as defined by the GA Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage & Family Therapists (GA Board of PC, SW, and MFT)

 

I provide supervision to ALC's (AL) and LAPC's (GA) who are seeking LPC licensure with the Alabama and/or Georgia licensing boards and generally operate in the southeastern area of Alabama and the southwestern area of Georgia.
