The expansion of mental health services into virtual formats has forced clinical supervision to evolve its approaches and understanding. The growth of supervision of tele-mental health services, and the demand for virtual supervision itself, have prompted changes that are necessary to address and support the counseling professional. This class explores and reviews the mechanism, structures, and ethics of clinical supervision, in both in-person and virtual formats, to enhance supervisory skills and understanding.
